Privacy
Last updated: October 2026. This page explains what North Pole Post does with the information you give us. Questions: email us.
What we collect
The details you type into the letter form (a child's first name, age, wording preference, the short notes you write, an optional town), the design and language you pick, and your email address at checkout.
What we use it for
Only to write, deliver and, if you ask, correct your letter. We do not sell or share it for advertising, and we do not ask for surnames, photos, addresses or dates of birth.
Where it goes
- Letter text is written with an AI language model provider (Anthropic) that processes the form details to produce the letter.
- Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They receive your payment details and email; we never see your card.
- Delivery email is sent through Resend.
- The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
We keep no database of orders or children. Your letter's details live only inside your signed download link and the email we send you; the link stops working after 30 days. Our payment provider keeps transaction records as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by emailing us. Because we keep no order database, there is usually nothing to delete beyond the email in your inbox and the payment record held by Lemon Squeezy.
