Refunds

If your letter has a mistake, didn't arrive, or simply isn't what you hoped for, email us within 14 days of your order with your order email. We will correct the letter or refund you in full, your choice.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
