Terms

Last updated: October 2026. By buying a letter from North Pole Post you agree to these terms.

What you buy

A digital PDF for each child: a personalised letter, a certificate and an envelope front, for you to print at home for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing is posted to you.

Seller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payments, taxes and billing questions.

Your part

Check the names and details in the free preview before paying. Please don't enter anything unkind, private or inappropriate for a child; the letter writer ignores such text.

Delivery

The PDF is emailed to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

Characters

Santa Claus, le Père Noël and Дед Мороз are traditional folklore figures. We are not affiliated with any company, film or brand.

Liability

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to fixing the letter or refunding what you paid.
